Digital for Planet joins the Living-in.eu movement

On April 11, 2022, Digital for Planet officially joined the Living-in.eu movement pursuing a ‘European Way’ of scaling digital solutions for turning EU cities and communities into smart and sustainable places.

The main purpose of the Join, Boost, Sustain declaration is to scale the development of urban platforms and digital solutions in a coordinated way to ensure the technological sovereignty of European cities and communities. Through co-creation with EU citizens, the movement aims to bring economic and social benefits to local communities and implement an inclusive digital Europe with powerful digital services, technologies, infrastructures, and skills. The initiative is actively supported and promoted by EUROCITIES, Open & Agile Smart Cities, the European Network of Living Labs, the Committee of the Regions, and the European Commission.

By supporting the declaration on joining forces to boost sustainable digital transformation in cities and communities across the EU, Digital for Planet became part of an important initiative aimed at improving the lives of 300 million Europeans. We look forward to actively supporting the Living-in.eu movement and seeing the results of the ongoing digital transformation!
